Dr. Hartman and staff are very accommodating. Always up front about costs and willing to go the path of least resistance (eg costs) instead of pushing for unnecessary interventions, tests, or medicines right off the bat. I've never had an issue with getting an appointment or talking to the Dr about any issue. Valley Green also came recommended to me from another local pet parent.
Took my cat in to get spayed, I payed for a blood analysis to make sure she's not allergic to anesthesia. They put her under anesthesia before testing (???) and then call me and tell me to shell out another $150 for an deeper analysis and she could not undergo surgery. I was later called and given the same information I had already received. They then told me they could diagnose it for more. I spent $250+ for them to tell me she could not be spayed. Definitely going somewhere else next time. Completely absurd.
Dr. Hartman and the caring staff here have provided excellent care to our cats for over 1p years. I am confident in saying that they saved Higgy and Pooka's lives multiple times.
Both of my cats (2 years old) were behind on their physicals and shots. I took Simba in May and took Nala today. Dr.Hartman and his staff were amazing! They handled my babies so well and with gentle hands. I would highly recommend them!
Dr. Hartman and his staff are the best...we just moved to the area and have two chocolate labs. Valley Green Vet Hospital is the best! Thanks for taking such good care of our babies
