We actually found Valley Green through a friend and a need to have orthopedic surgery on our cat. We began taking our yorkie to Dr. Hartman. I can tell you that both my husband and I are extremely happy with Dr. Hartman and his entire staff. Several months ago our yorkie was diagnosed with IBD and is being treated by Dr. Hartman and a specialist who he recommended. Just recently the specialist put her on chemo. I have been various members of my zoo to the Valley Green vet office for 15+ years, and I would not go anywhere else. The staff is extremely knowledgable and caring. I always leave the office, with needed answers- whether good or bad. I would recommend them to any pet parent.
Dr. Hartman and his staff are incredible! They treated my little shih tzu like gold during her dental and removal of what we thought was a tumor on her gum. It turned out to be an infection and not cancer (thankfully). I cannot say enough good things about them. I highly recommend them.
Dr. Hartman may not have the best bedside manor, but he is the best vet I have ever had. He has yet again diagnosed one of my cats with just his hands. He is amazing. I have been going here for years and would highly recommend him to anyone! <3
It has taken me 5 years to write this review bcz I loved my Chubby dog so much. When it came time to put him to sleep, I was devastated. Instead of the vet, Dr. Hartman, being sympathetic, he was a total jerk. I asked if we were doing the right thing, and he didn't even respond. The vet tech finally responded. I spent thousands of dollars to keep Chubby alive and comfortable. He had no problem taking the money. However, he all of a sudden became arrogant and had no sympathy.
