Thomas B did a fine job of cleaning mold found in the toilet tank. He did not harm the apartment nor steal anything. Missed a bit of mold on the top of the tank, but overall did what he was told well.

Spoke with Jaren over the phone about a package being delivered to an old apartment and needing it to be held onto for me, and he was very helpful and kind during that process.

I lived here for less than a year and would not recommend that any young woman live here alone. Unfortunately, I cannot find the photos, but on Thanksgiving Day, I walked downstairs and saw blood on the walls and door handles. Someone in the building had cut their hand and bled onto the carpets, touching the walls on their way out of the building.
