I purchased a casket spray and pallbearer boutonnières for my father's funeral. They were delivered and the flowers were very fresh. They were very helpful and professional.
I ordered a dozen of purple roses from Valley Florist by phone for the valentine day. The person who ansswered the phone was not sound very friendly and when i call back to check on the status of delivery, the staff there said.."we don't do that" That did not leave me with good impressions of good customer service. The flowesr I received was way over priced for their quality ($98.31 total for dozen short-stem roses with delivery)and the decoration was somewhat unprofessional (missing ribbons).
