I had no intention of leaving a negative review, but after reading the doctor’s clinical notes, I felt compelled to share my abysmal experience with this health center. Today, I had an appointment scheduled for 10:40 AM with a doctor whose name I prefer not to disclose here. Following their protocols, I arrived early at 10:25 AM and checked in. Shortly after, the nurse called me in, escorted me to the examination room, and took my vitals (height, weight, blood pressure, and heart rate)—all of which was completed by 10:37 AM.... read more
The valley family on fortner st. Is the best the Doctor is amazing. He really cares and spends time listening to what you need to discuss. The staff is so friendly. I love this place. I am so glad I switched from the one on sw 4th Ave. The staff over there are so rude. There is no Doctor over there only PAs.
My first time to go to Valley Family clinic. The place is very clean. The staff were very accommodating and very good on what they do.
Lacy is amazing. She listens and she has compassion. She also has the best bed side manners. I feel heard and cared for.
