Make sure to ask when being told to come back next day for labs or drop off samples at 8 a.m. if they have a staff meeting so you don't get stuck coming all the way down and rearrange your schedule for nothing as they will be closed. Lesson learned. The provider and staff were great and kind. The waiting room wait wasn't long. Just a lack of communication and it was frustrating but not the end of the world.
