When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here.Dr. Pogorelec and his staff take the best care of me and my family of any physician's office we have ever worked with. This doctor TRULY cares about each individual patient and is determined that you get well and stay well. Absolutely the best medical care I have received from any family physician, ever!

They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment.
