Not even worth one star. The two ladies at reception were unfriendly and showed no empathy. I was simply told to fill out a form, with no instruction to return it afterward. Although I arrived only a few minutes late, I still had to wait an additional 40 minutes to be seen by the doctor. Overall, it was a complete waste of time and money. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
I was honestly quite anxious about coming to Valley Eye Specialists after reading some of the Google reviews, but I am SO glad I trusted my gut and came anyway, my experience was wonderful. Professor Shuan Dai was absolutely fantastic with our son. He was kind, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly. What really stood out to me was how he spoke directly to my 7-year-old son, making him feel comfortable and included, which I truly appreciated as a parent. Dr Jayne Camuglia is fantastic! Our 4 year old had been struggling with an eye condition for over a year. We saw a different specialist and many GP’s but only Dr Camuglia was able to find a solution. We are so grateful!
Recently had eye surgery with Dr Pappalardo who is super knowledge and just as friendly.
