RecommendedWe were traveling from out of town and my 11 year old forgot his contacts and glasses. I called Valley Eyecare and had his RX sent over and they were able to get us some contacts to help get us through our vacation !!! They definitely went above and beyond.
As far as I'm concerned they are by far the worst . The eye place on ivy st. Is excellent.
I have been getting my glasses here for a few years. This last time I was having some complications and Cheryl was so helpful. She did everything she could to help. She was amazing.
I feel like they care a lot about their clients as far as listening and caring. I don't think they have enough selection of glasses though and in my opinion the selection of glasses for the people with state insurance definitely is a lot smaller than it use to be, I think on that part there should be a lot more glasses/selection to chose from, but I do understand on the other hand that it is probably somewhat expensive for them also. Other than that I thought everything else was great and great customer service.
