This was my first time at an ENT and it was such a bad experience. The staff was friendly and welcoming but the Doctor was not. I felt belittled, stupid and embarrassed when I left. I felt his bedside manners could improve drastically. He didn’t explain ahead of time what to except and instead explained quickly and as he was doing it. I didn’t have time to process what was happening and then proceeded to deny a service after I told him I’d be willing to try. I would not recommend this office unless it was a last resort.

I too, have seen the doctor in this office. When I arrived everyone was nice. I paid my co-pay and then eas called back to the exam room. The doctor told me that there was nothing in my ear to cause me pain or that there no infection. But I also told him that it just seemed to be basically stopped up like swimmers ear and I couldn't hear very well. He said well the ear drop I was using wasn't good. I wish I could leave zero stars. This was by far the worst experience at a doctor's office I have received. I was referred to Valley ENT due to vertigo symptoms and fullness of the ear. Upon arriving, I received a hearing test due to vertigo potentially causing hearing loss. This I understood. I did let the audio tech know that I have prior hearing loss and have hearing aids and currently see an audiologist. This was my 2nd visit to valley ent. Everyone from front desk to nurses to dr robinson were pleasant, professional, thorough and caring. Traits rarely found these days ! I highly recommend.
