Very efficient! All aspects of my experience were professional and without delay. Highly recommend
I was very very surprised/disappointed today, because based on all the good reviews i see on here, i was expecting something different i guess. And maybe this was an off day or something. But I was not impressed with my experience today in regards to a few things. (Now my care was amazing and the nurse who did my IV was incredible) But what bothered me was the sortof run down look to the place. The staff was friendly and very knowledgeable about the process. From the receptionist to the nurses and my doctor who sat and explained everything that was found. Everyone was so friendly and reassuring because I was so nervous. Thank you for making an uncomfortable procedure a very comfortable experience.
Definitely a 10/10! Everyone was so caring and kind, making sure I was okay every step of the way. Special thanks to Vicky! You made me feel so comfortable in such an embarrassing moment, and I truly appreciate it. Thank you to everyone involved today, from the front desk to the prep team nurses and assistants, to the anesthesiologist, and to the doctor. You all made the experience so much easier, and I’m very grateful.
