All were very respectful, courteous and professional.
From start to finish, every single nurse, Dr. and staff member was completely compassionate and made you feel so comfortable in an uncomfortable situation! Extremely grateful to all of them! Absolutely recommend !
Something shady is absolutely going on at this surgical center. I was significantly overcharged for my procedure, and to make matters worse, I was hit with a credit card fee I was never informed about. When I asked for documentation showing this supposed fee, they couldn’t provide it — and immediately issued a refund. That alone tells you everything. Positive experience all around. Staff is very professional and very personable and friendly - from the moment you check in at the reception, to pre-op, to post-op, and check out. Everyone makes you feel comfortable, welcome and appreciative. Thank you!!
