We were referred to this office by our general dentist for a root canal procedure for my teenage daughter, and from start to finish, the experience was stellar. Their receptionist Eliza and concierge team is incredibly polite and helpful. They set a warm tone for the entire experience and handled all the administrative details seamlessly. Referred to Valley Endodontics Dr Neema Mehrkhodavandi for a root canal procedure in December. I was apprehensive about the whole idea of a root canal, but my apprehension was dispersed from the moment I entered the office. I’m extremely impressed with the team at Valley Endodontics in Lake Elsinore. Receptionist, Mae, was very kind and professional. Yvonne’s kind demeanor immediately made me feel at ease and she was exceptional in taking my x-ray and explaining the process to me. Dr. Neema’s demeanor was upbeat and very informative.
