Referred to Valley Endodontics Dr Neema Mehrkhodavandi for a root canal procedure in December. I was apprehensive about the whole idea of a root canal, but my apprehension was dispersed from the moment I entered the office. I was greeted with a smile and courteous receptionist who helped me with the forms. I was brought back into the office and the assistant fully settled my nerves with her professionalism and kindness. I’m extremely impressed with the team at Valley Endodontics in Lake Elsinore. Receptionist, Mae, was very kind and professional. Yvonne’s kind demeanor immediately made me feel at ease and she was exceptional in taking my x-ray and explaining the process to me. Dr. Neema’s demeanor was upbeat and very informative. I had a root canal done on 9/9/2025. I was referred out by my primary dentist for a root canal on tooth #18. During the consultation, it was determined that I also needed a root canal on tooth 20. I am a chronic pain patient who receives norco monthly. During the visit on 9/9, Dr. Kwon succinctly told me that even though I could only afford to do one root canal (and still afford to crown it, thereby saving the tooth), he would not provide me a stronger prescription with which to manage the dental pain.
