Long appointment. What should have been fifteen minutes turned into one hour. Long wait in a room by yourself.
I went to Dr Barad for yrs, since his passing the office has went down hill. Today after a week of frustration on trying to get a prescription filled that I've taken for yrs the office supervisor hung up on me. They called in the wrong prescription 4 times and would not listen to me, even after I went to the office in person. What if any is my recourse?
I’m unable to reach your office by phone; the system keeps repeating “we are experiencing high call volume,” which does not appear accurate. When I finally reached a representative, she refused to schedule an appointment, stating that nothing can be done until the fax from my referring doctor is processed and entered into your system. In addition, the online forms are extremely tedious due to overly restrictive validation rules, making it difficult to complete them properly.
No issues this time, customer service, wait time etc….all good
