Fine doctors, but it is near impossible to get ahold of anyone in the office. Their robo phone system is honestly an offense, and when I've managed to get through to humans in their office I've had them put me on hold for 10+ minutes and forget I was on the line. I experienced a week of elevated glucose levels and attempted to contact my provider 5+ times, and when I did get through I was told a doctor would call me back - which never happened, and I ended up in the hospital. Terrible! Trying to get a medication refill for the last week and a half and I left two messages for the medical assistant for Kathleen Miller and the message cuts off so I’m not able to leave a message. Then it says transfer to the operator so transfer to the operator by pressing zero and it says that’s an invalid option. Terrible service also there are like four ladies in the office so this should not take this long. It’s been really difficult to get ahold of the clinic. I’ve been calling since Friday to follow up about my aunt’s prescriptions. She’ll be traveling out of the country, so we requested a 90-day supply of her maintenance meds. I also contacted her insurance and pharmacy to coordinate everything, only to find out that the prescriptions were only written for 28 days, so the pharmacy can’t release enough medication. If I were rating Nurse Practitioner Sonya alone, she gets 5 stars. As a new patient, l was able to get an appointment with her quickly while other offices had month-long waits. She took the time to listen, addressed my concerns with patience, and was very well-versed in treatment options. The 1 star is because I still don't have my prescription two weeks later.
