I had been a patient here for 13 years and about 30-35 visits. It's a 2 hour roundtrip from my house. Was on time every time but always waited anywhere from 5-40 minutes after my appointment time to be seen. My last visit was to remove cancerous lesions found on the preceding visit. Because of a stoppage on I-81, I was 17 minutes late. Was told by office manager that I'd have to wait another couple of months for another appt. Dr. Eli and her staff are amazing! Years of multiple misdiagnosis's, she did a biopsy the first visit. I regret ever going to Shenandoah Valley Dermatology!!!

Switching from Shenandoah Dermatology to VALLEY DERMATOLOGY WAS THE BEST DECISION! Dr. Eli and her entire staff are professional and kind. They are also extremely knowledgeable and supportive. Coming from years of office staff that had poor communication skills, this is A breath of Fresh air ! Please do yourself a favor and switch!
