1. Front Desk: Very quick check in and friendly 2. Nurse and doctor: Always let me know what's will be doing next and open mind for any concern and questions. 3.I am strong recommend Valey Dental to others.
After having such a horrible experience at another pediatric dentist in the area. I was very nervous for my daughter due to her fear for the dentist. Nancy the dental hygentist was so calming and wonderful with her. Making sure to talk her through everything and reassuring her through every step. My daughter was able to get a full cleaning and check up from the dentist with little fear. Everything was explained perfectly to me at the end and all the staff were so friendly. As my family grew Valley Dental had no problem taking my younger children on as patients and I appreciate that. I can always count on text alerts to remind me of appointments and I love it!
I love your practice. My daughter says she likes the dentist office and is excited for her next visit. She thought Lisa the hygentist that cleaned her teeth was wonderful.
