They do a nice job cleaning my teeth and give me good tips.
My daughter (3 years old) unfortunately had to have a cavity filled this week at Valley Dental. I was so nervous for her, especially given her past history of anxiety at the dentist when she was younger. Dr. Campbell and the dental hygienist (I think her name was Cheryl) were absolutely amazing. They kept my daughter informed every step of the way and were so calming for both of us. I brought 3 boys... 1, 7, 12 year olds. the older 2 having been to a butcher of a dentist.. and were very scared but here the hygienist and dentist took away their fears and were very understanding with them.
When Dr. Bigsby retired, we considered leaving... I am so glad we didn’t!!!! Every visit, every question and concern, this team goes above and beyond!!! Today they saw a struggling mom with crutches, the last day of summer vacation and just about ready to throw in the towel. Not only did they help me get my Ozzie Mae calm, they knew I drove an hour and fit my son Elbie in for his 6 month appointment. This team really cares and it shows. We are never leaving! Everyone is so wonderful here.they are so great with kids and so friendly.i would totally recommend them to anyone.
My so had a VERY bad experience at another dental practice. As his Mother, I was very upset with how he was treated. We went to Valley Dental and they were beyond wonderful. I can’t say it enough. My son is not afraid of the dentist anymore. I can’t thank them enough. I would definitely recommend them.
This is a great place for your kiddos! They are fun & very thorough.
I called this morning with an “emergency “ and they worked my son in. They not only fixed the problem, but fixed another problem I wasn’t even aware of while they were at it. They are so kind, helpful, and overall great people that work there!
Love Valley Dental! Always feel so welcomed and w/my grandsons anxiety of dental visits, the hygienists talks him thru, gets a little easier every time! And the dentists are so awesome. Thanks again Valley Dental!
