Wonderful team! We just love this place! They take such great care of the kids. The staff is super friendly and so helpful. Been going here for 2 years now and we are very glad to have found this place.

Best!! I can not say enough good things about this dentist office. After many failed attempts at other offices, Dr. Bigsby's office was able to successfully give my 5 year old autistic child a full check up, xrays, and cleaning with NO tears or tantrums. My only regret is that I did not come here years ago.
I had a great experience at the office both times I brought my kids there.the staff is very freindly and treat you with respect! The kids had fun there also, so glad that the kids have a great atmosphere for there dental visits! Thank you

We started coming to this office a few years ago and we absolutely love it here my kids beg me to come back all the time the staff is so friendly and they are great with the kids. I even referred on of my friends because her son was hesitant about going to the dentist. KEEP UP THE GREAT JOB
I could not find a dentist for my daughter in Onondaga County. I was told that they weren't taking new patients or just refereed out after every first visit. This went on for 2 years of being on waiting lists and all the nonsense. I discovered Valley Dental and will never go anywhere else as long as I live in NY. They are amazing, gentle and Saints in my eye's. My daughter loves it there and I couldn't be happier!!! She is now pain free!!!
