What I love the most about Valley Dental Group is that their first concern is your dental health. That being said, they are interested and open to hear how you feel or your concerns about the path of treatment. You feel you are on the same team, instead of just being told what you should do. They are also willing to work with you financially which is so important to so many of us who are on a tight budget these days.
There were a lot of changes, procedures and equipment, all good. Procedures: I noticed that the Dr Chen did a thorough examination of my teeth, after x-rays were taken, including scraping plaque. This was my first visit with Dr Chen, so I thought she was going to do a good look. After some recommendations on what I should be thinking of doing, I made an appointment to have a cavity refilled. Dr. St. Marie is an outstanding Dentist. He and all of his team provides step by step plan and engages patients so positive and informed decisions can be made. I’ve been a patient at Valley Dental Group for a long time. I moved to Spanaway and still continue to drive to Renton for my appointments. The staff members are always super friendly, the office is clean and sanitized, the technicians are kind and thorough with my teeth cleanings and Dr. St. Marie is the best! He’s always smiling, he’s calm, gentle and talks through what he’s doing during exams and fillings, which I appreciate very much.
