dirty place. also alive and dead bugs in windowsills. very rude also
I called in two weeks ago to schedule an appointment for my husband. I scheduled a general cleaning for him. They told me they dont open back up until the 27th. No problem I scheduled for the 27th. He got there they said they cant do the cleaning due to covid-19 instead they took xrays that we didnt want, and sent him on his way. Was very rude to him throughout his whole time there. the lobby was really dirty the office itself in general was dirty and most of the staff was kind of rude
RecommendedFirst time at the dentist in 10yrs cleaning went great with Dr. Oliver Chu no pain after cleaning, office crew rock, music is fun and up lifting. Thanks again see ya soon to fix my problem teeth!!! This place rocks!!
Not happy with these folks. I called them 7 months ago to see if they accepted my child's insurance. They said they did, so I said I'd call back when he needed another checkup. I called them 1 month ago and reconfirmed that they accepted his insurance, and then I scheduled an appointment for tomorrow. They called me today to say they DON'T accept my insurance (oops!), and I can pay out of pocket. This is unacceptable. I was able to see me quickly and without an appointment. The staff were friendly, prompt, and courteous. I did not have insurance at the time however they were nice enough to offer me their very affordable in house plan, that held me over until my insurance kicked in. Overall, a wonderful experience and customer service!
This place is AWESOME!! Beautiful office and beautiful people. I felt welcomed from the time I walked in until I left. The customer service is the best experience I have ever had at a dentist or doctors. Everyone was genuinely nice and made it their business to make me feel comfortable during my visit. I couldn't imagine going any where else for my dental needs!
Had a wonderful experience the other day at Valley Dental Care. The staff were very nice and professional, which made my visit that much better. I will recommend this place to anyone who needs dental work done right!
