very corporate, not caring, had horrible experience, gave them a second chance and now they can't seem to keep appointments and then do not follow up with clients. 2 appointments cancelled which is understandable, what is not ok is that they are hard to reach and do not follow up. One of their Hygienists was downright holding me down as she was water scaling tool my very sensitive teeth. I asked her not to use it but she did anyway telling.
