Exceptional customer service experience! Walked in with my mind made up based on spending MANY hours on the internet reading. Lance talked me into the exact opposite of what I thought I needed. From the ashes of the old Valley Cycling days Lance and his stellar crew have completely redone the ethic and vibe of what was once a bike shop that I refused to enter. Today this is the kind of shop I would expect to find in Seattle or Boulder or Madison or Portland.
