If you're from the Seattle Area, travel over to Bearded Monkey in Yakima to purchase your electric bikes! Great service, great happy people to serve you. I heard about them from my 88 year old mom, who lives in Yakima and had them put an electric conversion on her Terra Trike. They did a great job. She says...."They look like Hippies, but they're really nice". So I figured they must be GREAT if my mom likes them. We had an awesome experience with the staff there. Simply the best bike shop I've ever done business with!
By far the best customer service. They treat you more like a friend than a customer. I will never go anywhere else. �
What a great little bike shop! The staff is extremely knowledgeable, and friendly. The shop is very involved in community fitness activities such as the Gap to Gap race and the Greenway. I highly recommend joining one their group rides during the week, as well as some of the training rides they have on the weekends. They are helpful with any issues you may have with your bicycle and have a fantastic service department.... they also have the coolest riding jerseys in the state!!!
