Awesome shop!! Sorted me out quickly (I was between cities and was in a jam) Jack quinn the service manager was very helpful and professional great work from the technician Jeff!! Fast and effective! And knowledgeable Highly recommended shop!!
I was ATVing in the backcountry when my ATV stalled. I had no spare parts to replace and no backup supplies, making it a life-threatening situation. Luckily, Tyrel was passing by and stopped to help me. With the ATV running again, I was able to safely return to Kamloops. His act of solidarity shows not only his good character but also his professionalism, even outside of his business. He gained a new customer.
