I am really disappointed in this place. why our house is in you come to install a washing machine and dryer to dirty everything in the house and then not clean it up for us. you do before the holidays. then you have a holiday. You left our house dirty for several days in a row. I'm really tired of having to spend 1 month's money and have to stay in a filthy dirty house for several days. clean clean. every day is still not clean. Good place to live We lived here for a bit the front office was extremely nice and always very helpful our apartment was clean when we moved in and taken care of no issues at all. I would consider coming back someday but had to leave for now

No, just don't. I can hear my neighbors talking through the walls and I can hear every footstep the upstairs tenats take. I was so happy when the old tenants moved out thinking it was just them being so noisy, nope. At least 1, but usually 2, of the treadmills is always broken. The pool is definitely NOT heated as they claim. Don't be fooled, these "updated" apartments are just painted, have newer (cheap) cabinets and counters, cheap laminate peel and stick "wood" flooring that scratches and dents, and the sherbert green pai... read more

This place was a headache. This place was just a waist of money. The apartment itself looked decently nice, however on the very first night we moved in we found out we had carpet bugs. Ewww! We were told when we were first shown the apartment that the carpets and stuff would be cleaned before we moved in. Clearly they were not cleaned. Also the sink drains in both of the bathrooms would not work, the outlits in the bathrooms did not work, and our air conditioning units sucked and could barely keep the apartment cool. Valley Creek Apartments I have been living at Valley Creek Apartments for over 10 years. We have changed management about 4 or 5 times. But I have been fine with change it never bothers me. I always get along with people well. I think it depends on your personality and how you deal with people. If you keep it positive, I believe you can always have a good experience where ever you live.
Good maintenance isn't on their game. Hard to get them in to look at and repair thing. Otherwise it's fine.
Poor security Need to avoid this place. They have recently had a rash of vandalism and theft in the underground parking garage. Management has yet to post warnings to current tenants to secure their personal belongings. I had my vehicle vandalized this past Weekend along with a few other people. Just thus past Wednesday night 4 bikes were stolen out of the underground parking garage

Hate it! Dirty, Smelly, lied to me when I rented and more. Stay away! Dog droppings all over the lawn, unfriendly, promises never kept, and the police are there daily! Honestly, don't move here!
