Had the pleasure of eating at the Valley Commissary today. Incredible flavors and preparation. I had the fried chicken sandwich, with kale slaw and blue cheese. I think it was the best sandwich I ever have had. Definitely will return to McMinnville to eat here again

The biscuits and gravy??!!??!! So good! I loved the way they mixed in chorizo in place of sausage and just a tiny hint of cilantro. Coming back for sure! Breakfast with my wifey on a leather couch?! Sign me up!

By far my favorite restaurant. Chef Jesse has an amazing talent for creating incredible blends of flavors. Even better Pastrami than what I used to get in Montreal - and that's saying a lot.
