I don't recommend at all. The staff either has horrible communication or just simply do not care for their patients. Been a patient for a few years without issues until now. I have one med that I use on an as needed basis. Been using it for years. Needed it on a Monday and sent in my request to refill through the pharmacy. Few days go by and it's not filled. This place has terrible communication, doctors that claim to be “street level” and very obviously are not as educated as you would hope. If you want a checkup; go ahead. But if you have basic medical questions to ask, you’re better off using chat gpt than going to Valley Clinics. Also it’s a weird, unsettling vibe and energy to the office. Not friendly people at all. 0/10
I was a patient of James Gallant, M.D., Sean Greene, P.A., and Eric Stroud, P.A. at Valley Clinics Internal Medicine, until I realized he was incompetent and did not follow standard medical protocols with Clarietta Day. Updating my previous three-star review to a one-star — and honestly, that still feels generous. I’m not one to write long winded reviews, but I cannot tell you how poorly this practice has behaved towards me.
