I was a patient of James Gallant, M.D., Sean Greene, P.A., and Eric Stroud, P.A. at Valley Clinics Internal Medicine, until I realized he was incompetent and did not follow standard medical protocols with Clarietta Day. Updating my previous three-star review to a one-star — and honestly, that still feels generous. I’m not one to write long winded reviews, but I cannot tell you how poorly this practice has behaved towards me. I’ve been a patient at Salem Valley Clinics for about a year now. I currently see Dawn, but have also seen Eric on occasion. One of the biggest positives is how easy it is to get referrals to specialists, which has been helpful given my complex health needs. However, I often feel like I’m not truly heard during appointments, as I frequently have to repeat myself or remind the provider of what I needed acknowledged.
