We stopped here while passing through town and were met with an overall subpar experience. Snobby employees made off hand remarks, stating “I hope you have a tent” in reference to the ongoing storm, insinuating homelessness. They also asked “what we were doing there” when we were preparing to wash our clothes. 70% of the washers and dryers are out of order while 100% of the dryers reek. Two different occasions of having laundry done my Norwex laundry soap was never returned called and spoke with someone about this and the person working hung up on my husband. The employee will never get my business again.
There’s 4 dryers that work and only a hand full of washers working. Each time I come more and more machines are down and none seem to be being replaced or fixed anytime soon.
Front lady very rude * older lady 10-15 machines never work and fighting with front lady to use machines
Most of the machines don't work and the old lady is rude, would recommend the blue bear laundromat over this one
