Most of the machines are broken or don't work properly. Also no washrooms is a tad tacky

Showed up on Thursday 8/13/2026 at 7:09 PM to hopefully get my laundry only washed and everything is closed up but yet the OPEN sign is still displayed. Apparently Havre local businesses don’t care about making money or being accessible during their advertised OPEN times. They are advertised to be open from 10AM to 8PM but clearly their workers chose not to be.

Of the 28 machines in the building, 6 worked. Most dryers were also out of order. $2.25 per load isn't bad, but the place did not inspire a lot of confidence

We stopped here while passing through town and were met with an overall subpar experience. Snobby employees made off hand remarks, stating “I hope you have a tent” in reference to the ongoing storm, insinuating homelessness. They also asked “what we were doing there” when we were preparing to wash our clothes. 70% of the washers and dryers are out of order while 100% of the dryers reek. Two different occasions of having laundry done my Norwex laundry soap was never returned called and spoke with someone about this and the person working hung up on my husband. The employee will never get my business again.
