Two different occasions of having laundry done my Norwex laundry soap was never returned called and spoke with someone about this and the person working hung up on my husband. The employee will never get my business again.
There’s 4 dryers that work and only a hand full of washers working. Each time I come more and more machines are down and none seem to be being replaced or fixed anytime soon.
Front lady very rude * older lady 10-15 machines never work and fighting with front lady to use machines
Most of the machines don't work and the old lady is rude, would recommend the blue bear laundromat over this one
Most of the dryer and washers were unavailable/out of order. I came in trying to wash laundry with my two year old son and my 9 month old baby. The older lady was super rude from the beginning ! Told my son to not play with the laundry carts ( understandable) then after he stopped proceeded to tell him to stop running around. We were the only ones there, he was not in anyone’s way, or bothering her personally. We were just waiting for laundry. I will not be going here again!
