Shota and miss Natsuki Were very professional and very kind ,respectful couple would not hesitate to have there service again a asset to your company
Very poor service. Cleaner failed to clean on date agreed (as there was a car in my driveway they refused to enter property by alternative pedestrian gate). Then they failed to stay for the agreed time and did not complete the clean. Only when I raised this with photos was I told their equipment failed on the day and it was not completed (while a vacuum was available on a stand in the laundry). They had no intention of noting the discrepancy or failed service, but were happy to bill. Now they are chasing fees for a clean tha... read more
