FACTS ******* Why l am rating VALLEY CLEANING A 0 for their appalling COMMUNITY HEALTH STANDARDS. This past week l started to become ill by late Thursday l was very sick, quite quickly. It was so fast l suspected l might have had covid so l took the correct health precautions & asked for VALLEY CLEAN to stand down until l knew why l was so sick. great service, friendly staff and quality cleaning. Will call on these mob again!
Was contracted to do a five hours deep clean. Turned up late disappeared after two hours to go get lunch. Returned a hour later. Managed to clean one bathroom and toilet. Had to borrow a mop bucket off me because he forgot to bring one. Gave the kitchen and bathroom a quick mop and left. Was contracted to do follow up three times two hour cleaning. They Turned up two hours later the agreed on and one time on the wrong days. Stayed for a hour every time. When I complained was told the two hours included travel time. Not very ... read more
