Very poor service. Cleaner failed to clean on date agreed (as there was a car in my driveway they refused to enter property by alternative pedestrian gate). Then they failed to stay for the agreed time and did not complete the clean. Only when I raised this with photos was I told their equipment failed on the day and it was not completed (while a vacuum was available on a stand in the laundry).
