My son needed emergency dental care & I hadn't chosen a new dentist after a recent move. I frantically called from a list my insurance provided and the receptionist calmly offered me an appointment in 20 minutes. The girls at the front desk were very helpful & reassuring, navigating the insurance company on the phone and getting all the paper work done. Great place! they treat you like family! Dr Hatami is very nurturing and reassuring, making even extractions painless and other extensive procedures an easy experience.
I was treated well, everything explained, and the equipment was the latest! Including a water device to clean my teeth, and goggles to wear to keep water out of my eyes!
Things went well. Everyone was business like and friendly. Not o Ed the top aggressive in pushing things that weren't necessary.
