Horrible !!! So inefficient !! I am standing here in the office as I write this. Our appointment was at 145 they asked me to be early it's 545 and we have not seen the doctor yet the office is huge and they have a skeleton crew at least that's what it seems like or they are just hiding not working. They kept stating we will be back in ten min and would take over 30 min plus the waiting time in the lobby. No good communication don't explain what they are doing... Dr. Winter is great BUT the scheduler is TERRIBLE! Schedules AND cancels appointments without consulting you and does not return calls. I have called 3-4 times, waiting 3-4 weeks between and am always told they'll call me back within a few days. Have yet to hear from her. My child was supposed to be seen over 6 months ago, per the doctor's orders. Well, we'll be trying EYE-Q, now...

We had an appointment scheduled for 11am. We got there 30 minutes early and we waited two and half hours after checking in at which time we just left. There lobby wasn’t busy at all. There was only one other family. If you don’t respect people’s time then don’t set the appointment. Also the employees here were very rude.
I just called them to reschedule and the lady who answered said he is all booked and next availability is in November and then I asked can I have a Tuesday and she said he is blocked on Tuesdays. Told her i wont be able to come to this coming up appointment and said since he wont be available ever, should i cancel and she said yeah cancel and then hung up. Didn't even try to work with me. She was so rude. Listen to the rest of the comments about how rude the staff is. True the doctor is amazing. Also they do just reschedule ... read more
