the staff is always caring and welcoming. they explain to the kids and parents what is going to happen to the best of everyone's ability. the staff and doctors have always taken great care of my daughter. we haven't had to wait long for results or procedures either. my family feels safe and heard at Valley's.

W come here alot and the staff is aleays very kind and helpful and my son is always in good hands and the drs are amazing i wouldnt take him any place else and i travle from bakersfield every other month just to have him seen by the best, thank you to the nursing staff and drs for being so thoughtful and awesome! we love you.
