We moved into our home in September and have loved it ever since! It’s beautiful and well built. All that we were warned about in construction never happened while working with Valley Builders. Everyone said, “Set aside extra money for when the contractor overshoot the bid, make sure you plan for lots of extra months for when they take way longer than expected, make sure you watch the money because they’re going to rob you and not pay the subs...” I’ve seen it happen to my friends before and obviously it happened to all thes... read more
Valley Builders built my custom house in 2017. I was very pleased with the work Brian and his crew did. The lines of communication with Brian were always open and I really appreciated his quick attention to my questions as the process evolved. He also did a great job keeping me aware of my budget, which I really appreciated! I highly recommend Valley Builders to anyone building a new house. They're great!
Brian was very attentive throughout the entire building process. He made himself available and quickly responded to any questions or concerns we had. He listened to our wants and needs and Valley Builders delivered our custom dream home!!
We chose Valley Builders to construct our retirement home in Fort Valley. We worked closely with Brian all the way through the process, and found him to be very accommodating of our needs. Valley Builders were great to work with and I'd highly recommend them. Brian and his team worked diligently, professionally, and consistently during the building of a house for us from August 2014 until spring of 2015. They tackled a very tough roof and made changes to the plans as we requested. His team did a lot of work and the subcontractors were all dependable. Brian quickly responded to a few items that needed fixing after we moved in. I believe he is someone you can trust to handle such a big job.
