poor community. most on disability.alot of drug users.many children living here cussing mean and unsupervised.not safe.homeless say from house to house stealing what they can to get there next fix fro housesm the drug
Boy the new manager is a joke! He rigged on a deal, he said he take my title to for say the rent because I was moving out. Will come Monday he wanted the rent money & the title, he said it would cover my rent for next month, excuss me but what rent for next month, I won't be here next month. Now does this make any sense to anyone?
Don't get trapped. I would like to state that the 1 star was only given because you HAVE to choose a rating. This place doesn't even deserve 1 star. We have lived in this community for almost 3 years. It was great when we moved in. We are on a very quiet circle and the rent was GREAT. However, in dealing with the maintenance and the management for the time we've lived here, I would say to anyone that is interested in the property to just pass it up. Valley Brook Mobile Home Park off Kentucky Ave. – I moved in here around October, 2010 and regret it every since. While I was in between loads, the trailer was broken into, stole things from my Grandsons, graffiti all over the walls, it was horrifying especially to my grandsons. Jackie and Bob didn't think it was a big deal, right then and there should of told me to fight of getting my money back and get the heck out of dodge. But under the circumstances I had no choice.. Don't move to Valley Brook – Don't move here. I lived at Valley Brook for 2 years and recently moved out of there (thank goodness). The maintenance sucks. My husband just fixed most everything himself. Now that we have moved, I can't get their corporate office to send me a statement of any charges against our deposit or even find out if we are getting any of our deposit back. THIS PLACE IS CRAP!!!, the previous review is 100% true and i wish i would have listened to it before we moved in. The management SUCKS and they will do nothing for you. DRIVE ON BY!!! this is not a good deal at all!!!OH...and this site MAKES me give a star to post, but i wouldnt give this place a star if they gave me all my rent back and paid me to move!

Drive right by, NOT WORTH IT! – I agree with ever line of the review for Jan. 2009....I should have listened to my gut when he had such a hard time getting in here. The deal was to good to be true and well...it was to good to be true. I wouldnt give this place any stars...but it doesnt give that option.If you have any standards, morally or logically do not even consider moving here,unless you are fond of white trash, thieves, child molesters and a management to match. A home burnt to the ground and a woman passed away...why....because there are insufficent fire hydrants in the whole neighborhood, which made it near impossible for the Fire Department to put out the fire.
