I am new to Valleybrook. The maintenance team cares so much about residents. The office staff is the best I've worked with. The property manager is very hands on.
It is a quiet place to live at.
I pay $900 a month to live here and the water is always off for maintenance. Im over this place.
My fiance bought a mobile home in Valley Brook in 2009. He was never late making a payment. The home was around the corner from the main office so when he made the payment he would walk it over and drop it in the Dropbox. I was with him starting in 2011. Valley Brook started changing hands a lot, changing rules that didn't follow contracts, didn't care about the home owners that were already there. They never checked on backgrounds of new buyers. Peggy has worked hard to get us in. Fingers crossed! The place looks amazing with 2 pools, playground and activities for the entire family. I would recommend this mobile home park! Many bad reviews out here are from earlier years and this place has really made an amazing turn around! (I remember when the place was junk years ago!) Low payments for new mobile homes. Definitely affordable!
People still commuting crimes an suicide . no security .they sale the trailers not rent them, when something is wrong,you bought it its your baby.the older people who have lived there for years they kick out because they want the lots for new trailers.They tell you they can do as they please its there park and there is a new sheriff in town. Still the crime rate .Still is a depressing place to be.it's like putting jewelry on a pig .Its still a pig no matter what
This place is a really good place to live . New owners bought this property several months ago and there doing a great job . They have all new staff and there very nice . They move out all the bad people and once again we can call Valley Brook home . Thank You Eloise for doing a great job.
What Phil said. Keep on driving. very very very very expensive here. They've raised my rent twice in the last 2 months. Month to month lease. No warning on the 2nd increase. With water, I'm over $500 a month now. That's way too much!
We owned our own trailer in the park and still was harassed just like renters there, they have triple standards for everything the secretary Jackie runs the place the managers have no clue what is right or wrong it is what ever Jackie sees to benefit from, in the winter plan on staying home if you live in the back part they will plow you in if they plow but the front will be done before the snow is over, they raise the rent to what they see fit nobody pays the same amount supposed to have restrictions on out building sizes w... read more
