It takes forever to get results I had to keep calling. I had called 2 weeks after my ultrasound and the doctor hadn't even taken a look at my ultrasound yet. I also requested a female to examine me and they said it would be a female but when I got there it was a male and they were like well you're already here might as well because if you don't the visit isn't complete and we will have to charge you. Absolutely ridiculous. The female doctor is only available on Saturdays so beware.
Got a mammogram two months ago and never recieved a follow up, called for my results and they never kept their word about getting back to me.
This was genuinely the WORST EXPERIENCE I have ever had in a healthcare setting. The girl that did my ultrasound was absolutely horrible and I hope she never treats a patient again. She was so mean, very aggressive, and did not tell me what was going on. I had to do a intervag ultrasound and she didn’t even tell me when she was inserting it, it was incredibly painful, and she seemed annoyed that I was even there.
