I had my vehicle towed to Valley Body Shop recently for a quote, and was treated quite rudely by the person whom I initially interacted with. I was quoted a ridiculous price for pre-existing nicks and dings on my vehicle that had nothing to do with my accident. I have never been treated this way by a body shop in the past and would not recommend this company based on my brief experience.
