If you don't know your bankers names then you don't have a banker. Every time I visit Valley Bank I am greeted and asked how I am doing, and they remember you. I mainly deal with the Alabaster location but occasionally go to the 280 location and the RESULT is always the same. Great Customer service. Can't recommend them enough.

My spouse and I set up accounts back in June - Natasha and all the staff were super helpful. Due to circumstances we have to relocate so have had to make arrangements to move money around. Again the ladies who assisted us this time, Lanita and Briauna, were so helpful and efficient. It is a pleasure to do business here.
