Jarrod and his staff at the Meadowbrook location on 280 will remind you what customer service is supposed to be! I have sent several referrals to them recently and all have been happy with the service they have received.
If you don't know your bankers names then you don't have a banker. Every time I visit Valley Bank I am greeted and asked how I am doing, and they remember you. I mainly deal with the Alabaster location but occasionally go to the 280 location and the RESULT is always the same. Great Customer service. Can't recommend them enough.
