Outstanding Service I've been going with them for 8 years and the service as well as customer service have been nothing but outstanding. I have a 2001 Passat which I absolutely love. I can trust that they will give my car all the love and care too. =)
Great people to work with Doug is great. I have an older MBZ and its nice to have someone you can trust. I had to have some emergency work done at a dealership and in the review the dealer did prior to the work, they found the same things Doug and his staff had found. I wish Doug had done the emergency stuff but I was out of town. The report I got from the dealer showed me that Doug is a complete as a dealer in his knowledge but not as expensive.
Helpful and prompt Here's a family-owned business worth going to. I have gladly driven far from home to take my WV there because I know that I'm never sold anything I don't need. It's nice to go somewhere and not have my time abused, and know that job it being done right. I've always had prompt and efficient service, and I've never had a single problem there. EXCELLENT SERIVCE! This place is very CUSTOMER CENTRIC!!! EXCELLENT SERVICE! Recently I had a brake job performed on my vehicle and I was in and out in very little time. The mechanic installed ceramic brake pads which eliminated unwanted brake dust from using conventional pads in the past. There service is TOP NOTCH!!
I only trust Doug with my cars. Their work is superb every time!
