Claire was very welcoming and very professional. She made sure I was comfortable with the new hearing aids and answered all my questions.
Always wonderful and caring service. No difference from before The Pandemic to now. Consistent terrific service well worth the money!! Clair was very helpful talking care of my poorly functioning hearing aids.
Claire in the Concord office did my hearing evaluation today. She was very professional and clear in her explanations and procedures. I would recommend her to anyone that needs a hearing test.
Paige is excellent. Knows her stuff and imparts it in an excellent and practical fashion.
