I purchased a Hearing Aid from Valley Audiology several years ago. The product is excellent, but equally important the follow-up service has been excellent. In fact just yesterday, one of the aids was simply dead! Without an appointment I basically walked in and an Audiologist within minutes was available and repaired the aid. Jim
Leigh, the owner of Valley Audiology, has been our audiologist for close to 10 years and has always provided us with the most helpful hearing aids for our specific hearing losses. She does not attempt to sell you the most expensive or newest one that just came out, but the one that address most of ones' problems, which is, in my opinion, THE most important point in our professional relationship. I am new to hearing aids, and I am very impressed with the technical expertise and the customer service mindset at Valley Audiology. Dr. Townsend did a terrific job getting me set with effective and appropriate hearing aids, and Laura at the front desk has already solved a minor but urgent problem I had during my first week; she just encouraged me to come in without an appointment, and she fixed the problem in less than 10 minutes. I heartily recommend Valley Audiology with no reservations.
Dr. Townsend is a fabulous audiologist. My hearing is much better since I began to see her 2 years ago.
