Had my appointment at 2:15 there was never a room available it’s 3:18 still waiting in lobby!!!!!!!!!! Lobby has only a few patients. No respect for scheduled appointments.
I have been trying to schedule an appointment with Dr Garcia. He was well recommended but I have called at least 20 times without answer, that is bad costumer attention, I will go with another Dr with a better staff that do their job .
I had an excellent experience with all the team and Dr. Garcia was extremely thorough, asked questions about my experiences and took time to explain everything to me. I am very pleased with the care I received and am looking forward to working with the team to address my health concerns.
The medical care is wonderful. But the office management totally lacks! Lack sense of urgency, office etiquette & professionalism. Most in the office are pleasant, however I blame office management! My friend received a call to get to her OCP or ER due to internal bleeding. Brought her to PCP & VAC would not answer the phone! No matter which extension I tried. 0 - mailbox full, all others metal billing, prescription refills, even scheduling would not answer!! I'd give medical care 10 stars & office management 1 star
