everytime i need care for my cats or dogs, they are curtious and quick, my puppy had a seizure yesturday and when i called they said just come in and they made me feel more at ease!!!LOVE THE DOCTORS AND RECEPTIONISTS!!
Took some kittens here that someone dumped for their checkup and the staff was so nice and friendly! I will definitely be taking my own pets here in the future 🤗🤗
I take all my Dachshund puppies in for their wellness check up just before they go to their forever homes. All the doctors are wonderful with my puppies. Its always a joyful experience to visit the office. I never wait more than just a few minutes to get in, the doctors do such a wonderful job examining my puppies. I send them home with great confidence knowing they are healthy once the doctors have given them a thumbs up.
My Clown Circus LOVES this place. There are 5 dogs in the circus that come here. Even when I was a vet tech at another clinic I took my pets here just because my pets loved it here and was happy to come here. If my one pet with seizures can be a little less nervous and let the dr see him w/o bitting anyone and WE ALL me included leave with all fingers you cant get a better DR. or vet office and staff. The Staff at Valley Animal Hospital are caring, trust worthy, compassionate, and very professional when providing services for my lil Biscuit. His Vet Dr. Tracy has gone above and beyond when it comes to Biscuits needs. She even calls to check on him when he has a problem. We love her! Dr. DuPrez and her staff are Professional and very understanding. She took care of my Pomeranian Rocky's surgery. We live in Fontana not far from the doctor's office. Rocky and I are FOREVER GRATEFUL! This is Great Animal Hospital, and I recommend it.
