Dr. Bowers is so great with my Minnie. I'm switching my other dogs over to her as well. She is so patient with my questions. I'm a retired reporter so it's in my nature to ask tons of questions, which irritates a lot of people, but if it irritated her, she is great at hiding it!!! LOL! Dr. Bowers also sat on the floor when she merry Minnie to give my pups a chance to become comfortable with her. I never saw a vet do that before. THE STAFF IS AMAZING. DR. DU PREZ AND DR. BOWERS ARE AMAZING. BOTH DOCTORS HAVE DONE AMAZING MEDICAL MIRACLES WITH ROCKY, BABY AL AND MANY MANY OTHERS. THE ONE THING THAT STICKS OUT MORE THAN ANYTHING TO ME IS THAT THIS HOSPITAL IS MORE IN TUNE WITH THE ANIMAL AND ITS CARE THAN MAKING A DIME. EXCELLENT VET HOSPITAL!
Love Valley Animal Hospital! My pets feared the vet as much as I did before we came to Valley. I was known as the owner of aggressive pets....It was the vet and his poor handling of my pets that caused the aggression. All of that has changed since I switched to Valley Animal Hospital. All of my pets are treated with lots of cuddles and care! The staff have always been professional and compassionate. I have dogs, cats and a rabbit. I wouldn't take my pets anywhere else!
I'm a new resident to the area and was looking for a new hospital for my dog shadow and this place is literally .6 miles from my house and has the highest reviews of any hospital in a 5 mile radius so I decided to go there and boy am I glad I went there everybody is super nice but what astounded me was how the doctor greeted my dog with a big hug and genuinely felt bad for her. That pretty much sealed it for me knowing that my doctor truly loves and adores animals as much as I love my dog don't waste your time going anywhere... read more
