One of the worst experiences ever. When the technician arrived at the house and he seemed familiar with our heater model, even though it is a pretty old model. The whole time he was at out house all he did was try to sell us a new heater and basically said that ours would poison us at any minute. Which I find hard to believe because we have the gas company come out every year to inspect the heater to make sure it was safe. Their staff is NFI certified and some hold Interior Design degrees which made this shopping experience wonderful and painless.
