I came out of our room to see a tech walking around with his dirty boots in the house. I asked him to either take off his shoes or put booties on as we have a toddler in the house. I was talking to my wife about it and Pete interjected in our conversation and said "I am getting the booties, alright?!" I was not talking to him and the conversation was between my wife and I. Edit: 11/04/24 The General Manager Simon reached out to us early this morning to remedy the issue listed below. He provided a service window and was punctual as always. Simon also repaired our unit last winter a few months before upgrading to a new system. Our other technicians who come out for service always provide a genuinely great experience. My service was excellent and valley air conditioning does not price gouge. Their price was nearly $10,000 per trane unit than my other quotes. Their customer service is excellant as well.
