Don’t recommend very rude Go anywhere else
Vallery Ford has been our choice for service for 15 years. We have purchased two vehicles there, and were about to buy a new explorer there. We have owned nothing but Ford since 2003 and anytime we have had any problems the service department has taken good care of our vehicles. We called them to have some work done to my 2014 mustang and was told that since it’s covered by an aftermarket warranty, they don’t want my business. Well that’s fair enough. My wife and I went here to get a newer car and had the mistake of being interested in a 2015 Ford Focus Titanium and we test drove it and liked it but not a single sells person or manager told us that the design of these automatic transmission were an unreliable design and basically needs worked on every so many thousand of miles like 10,000 or so.
