Great experience with salesman Tony! However finance manager never gave me my sales contract and even though I put $9000 down my amount financed is the same as the sticker price! No wonder they closed down finance manager must have been robbing other customers and the company too ! There is a $5000 discrepancy between what’s I was told was gonna be financed (by finance manager) and what amount the finance company actually financed. 7.22.25 - Without a doubt I would avoid this place like the plague. Originally I was involved in agood faith negotiations with Ricardo I informed him that I would be driving from Placerville approximately an 1.5-2 hours away. We had discussed the cost, how I could pay for it, getting cash ready, sent proof of insurance, all of all of that jazz. Update 7.23.25 - Even Nissan north America consumers affair branch said "I would definitely be upset if that happened to me". 7.23.25 - I called their sales department and requested that the main manager call me becuase i am pretty upset about the situation. Gabe ensured me that even though they were busy that he would refer to the main manger to call me back today.
