By far the worst service I have experienced. My truck has been back 3 times for the same problem and this last time it took 4 months to diagnose the same problem that I’ve been having. This is unacceptable. Parts are six weeks out so it’s gonna sit for another month.

This dealership is the absolute worst I’ve ever had the displeasure of purchasing from and their service department is absolutely terrible. You can see all their padded reviews here but the absolute truth is they will tell you whatever they have to in order to make a sale. They will call 1000 times but after the sale when something goes wrong with the brand new car 2 days later….crickets… can’t get these folks on the phone at all! Drop off my van to get fixed by dodge certfied service. Kept my van for 1 1/2 months. Told me van was fixed, drove halfway home, van dies again.. charge me $1,100 For nothing but wasting my time and money..
