They left my air filter unscrewed after taking my Ram truck in for an oil change. I didn't notice for two months. Allowing dirty air into the engine can cause catastrophic damage to the engine. I never requested my air filter to be changed, yet they unscrewed it and left it like that. Double check all work they perform, or visit Fairfield or Napa instead.
