They left my air filter unscrewed after taking my Ram truck in for an oil change. I didn't notice for two months. Allowing dirty air into the engine can cause catastrophic damage to the engine. I never requested my air filter to be changed, yet they unscrewed it and left it like that. Double check all work they perform, or visit Fairfield or Napa instead. They also showed me photos of an "oil leak" that they fixed under warranty. The photos showed dripping oil, but when I got home, there were zero drops of oil in my driveway... read more
