Property owners have had a difficult time acquiring and keeping responsible managers. some maintenance personnel are inconsiderate and inattentive. The onsite manager is, for the most part, non committal and apathetic to the concerns of many residents and inconsistent in application of rules and regulations. The monthly news letters notwithstanding, the communication is at best lack luster.

Vallecito is located in a beautiful spot, but quality of life here has decreased due to too many irresponsible dog owners and a social group of insidious gossipers.
Great senior community to live in. Many activities for the active senior. All homes are very well kept.
