I just purchased my glasses from this place and I love the variety they have. They have soo many to choose from I had about 7 pairs and had to narrow it to 1 pair I traveled from Brownsville to Harlingen and I must say it was well worth it. I visited every optical place in Valle vista mall , and I can't explain how uncomfortable & rude customer service was in every store except Valle vista optical. I loved the staff and frame selection.I knew once I walked in , I was going to have trouble walking out because of all the frame choices lol. for being my first time using my insurance and having tons of questions, your staff was patient enough to explain everything step by step . thank you so much!
I will never shop another place again for glasses. I will be a lifetime customer! Valle Vista Optical goes above and beyond for their customers and is run by a family with Christian values. I have never had such a wonderful experience getting glasses. In fact, I usually HATE picking out glasses. Thank you Valle Vista Optical for making the whole process a positive one!
This is the only place i trust to make my glasses. I have a pair for everyday wear and a pair for shooting. The workmanship is superb and the staff is very nice.
I am extremely pleased with there customer service and there large selection of eyewear. I highly recommend this place above any place in the Valley.
