This place is toxic for those trying to get better. The staff, for the most part, does not care about the patients. The patients are treated like worthless humans. They do more damage than good and are only trying to keep patients there as long as possible to profit off the insurance money. The state needs to investigate the motives here. They are not for the patients benefit. It's more like a phyche ward or prison, than rehabilitation center. 1 Star Very upsetting experience with Valle Vista. My wife went there for outpatient treatment and was unexpectedly admitted without me being informed. When I called trying to get information, I was told they could not give me any information. The staff were rude and, from what I personally witnessed while my wife was on the phone with me, disrespectful and mocking toward her.
